I found an image here, which is a black and white version of the single cover. Looks pretty rare, maybe you could use it for your They Suffocate at Night single artwork.

Looking at it, I am almost certain it is just the image that is black and white and not the actual sleeve.

In fact, the sleeves of 'Little Girl With Blue Eyes' and 'Dogs Are Everywhere' are the same:

That site was mothballed back in 1997. Back then scanning images was more difficult (partly because decent scanners were a lot more expensive). So I suspect that it was just the best image they could find.

I meant the site has been left dormant (not updated) since 1997.
